dc.description.abstractAmaç: Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama Ve AraĢtırma Hastanesi Acil Servisinin iĢleyiĢini aksatan problemleri tespit etmek, bu problemlere çözüm önerileri geliĢtirmek, bunların sonucunda hastalara ve sağlıkçılara daha kaliteli bir çalıĢma ortamı hazırlamak. Gereç Ve Yöntem: Sağlık Bakanlığı 16 Ekim 2009 tarih 27378 sayılı „„Yataklı Sağlık Tesislerinde Acil Servis Hizmetlerinin Uygulama Usul ve Esasları‟‟ ile Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama Ve AraĢtırma Hastanesi Acil Servisine 01.08.2013-01.08.2014 tarihleri arasında baĢvuran hastaların sayısı, triaj kategorisi, diğer bölümlere istenilen konsultasyon sayısı, hasta yatırma oranı ve bölümlerdeki doktor sayısı incelendi. Bulgular: Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama Ve AraĢtırma Hastanesi Acil Servisinin iĢleyiĢini aksatan problemler saptandı. TartıĢma, Sonuç Ve Öneriler: Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama Ve AraĢtırma Hastanesi Acil Servisinin problemlerine en iyi çözüm önerileri geliĢtirildi.en_US
dc.description.abstractAim: To identify Mustafa Kemal University Health Practice and Research Hospital Emergency Department problems that hinder the functioning of these problems, develop solutions and finally to prepare in a beter quality environment for patients and health professionals. Materials and Methods: Ministry of Health No 27378 dated 16 October 2009 „„Beds in Health Institutions Application Emergency Services Procedures and Principles‟‟ and Mustafa Kemal University Health Practice and Research Hospital Emergency Department between 01.08.2013-01.08.2014 date the number of patients admitted, triagecategory, number of consultation required with other departments, patient admission rate and number of doctors in other department were analyzed. Findings: Mustafa Kemal University Health Practice and Research Hospital Emergency Service‟s problems that hampering the functioning were revelaed. Discussion, Result, Recommendation: The best solutions to the problems of Mustafa Kemal University Health Practice and Research Hospital Emergency Service‟s prob-lems were developed.en_US
