Özet
Bu tez çalışmada, katkısız ve sürfaktan CAPB katkılı CuO ince filmler, SILAR yöntemiyle cam altlıklar üzerinde başarılı bir şekilde üretilmiştir. Farklı oranlarda kullanılan sürfaktan CAPB'nin CuO ince filmlerin yapısal, morfolojik ve optik özelliklerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Üretilen tüm CuO ince filmler, X-ışını kırınımı, Fourier dönüşümü kızılötesi spektroskopisi, taramalı elektron mikroskobu, taramalı prob mikroskobu, UV-görünür spektroskopi analizleri kullanılarak karakterize edilmiştir. Deneysel veriler, sürfaktan CAPB'nin varlığının CuO ince filmlerinin yapısal, morfolojik ve optik özelliklerini etkilediğini göstermektedir. CAPB katkı miktarının artmasıyla CuO ince filmlerin kristal boyutu 13.06 nm'den 12.32 nm'ye düşmüştür. Film büyütme banyosuna sürfaktan CAPB ilavesinin filmlerin yüzey pürüzlülüğünü artırdığı elde edilmiştir. CuO ince filmlerin optik bant aralığı, sürfaktan CAPB miktarına bağlı olarak 1.50 eV'tan 1.78 eV'a yükselmiştir. Ayrıca, film büyütme banyosuna %4 CAPB eklendiğinde CuO ince filmlerinin optik geçirgenlik değeri dört kattan fazla artmıştır.
In this thesis, unadded and surfactant CAPB-added CuO thin films were successfully produced on glass substrates by the SILAR method. The effects of surfactant CAPB used in different ratios on the structural, morphological, and optical properties of CuO thin films was investigated. All fabricated CuO thin films were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy analyses. The experimental data show that the presence of surfactant CAPB affects the structural, morphological and optical properties of the CuO thin films. The crystal size of the CuO thin films decreased from 13.06 nm to 12.32 nm with the increase in the amount of CAPB additive. It was obtained that the addition of surfactant CAPB to the film growth bath increased the surface roughness of the films. The optical band gaps of the CuO thin films increased from 1.50 eV to 1.78 eV depending on the amount of surfactant CAPB. Also, the optical transmittance value of the CuO thin films increased more than four times when 4% CAPB was added to the film growth bath.
