dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Sakız koyunlarında gebelik dönemi boyunca ve gebelik sonrası ilk aydaki hematolojik bulguların belirlenmesi, diğer ırklarla karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada İzmir ili Çeşme yöresinde yetiştirilen 3-4 yaşlarında 10 gebe Sakız koyunu kullanıldı. Koyunlar gebelik süresince mera beslemesine tabi tutuldu. Gebeliğin her ayında ve doğum sonrası ilk ayda alınan kanlardan alyuvar, akyuvar, hemoglobin, hematokrit, sedimentasyon, akyuvar formülü ile ortalama alyuvar hacmi (OAH), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini (OAHb) ve ortalama alyuvar hemoglobin derişim değerleri (OAHbD) belirlendi. Bu değerler istatistiksel yöntemle değerlendirildi ve aylar arasındaki farklılıklar tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak gebelik boyunca alyuvar, hemoglobin, hematokrit de-ğerlerinde ve eozinofil yüzdesindeki istatistiksel önem ifade eden düşüşler görülürken (p<0.05), lenfosit oranı ile sedimentasyon değerinde istatistiksel yönden önemli artışlar belirlenmiştir (p<0.05).en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study it was aimed to determine the hematological results of Sakız sheep during gestation period and after the first month of gestation period, and to compare it with other species. Ten pregnant Sakız sheep from Izmir-&Ccedil;eşme region were used in this study. The sheep were 3-4 years old and they were fed in pasture during pregnancy. The blood was taken every month during pregnancy and the red blood cell, leucocyte, hemoglobine, hematocrite, sedimentation, leucocyte formulation, average volume of red blood cell (MCV), average volume of red blood cell hemoglobine (MCH), average volume of red blood cell hemoglobine concentration (MCHC) were determined. The data were evaluated statistically and the difference between groups were determined. As a result during pregnancy, there were statistically significant increases (p&lt;0.05) in lymphocyte rate and sedimentation value while the values of red blood cell, hemoglobine and hematocrite and also the percentage of eosinophile were decreased significantly (p&lt;0.05).en_US
