Altı ekmeklik buğday çeşit ve hattı ile bunların yanm diallel melezlerinden oluşturulan populasyonlarda, san pas hastalık şiddeti bakımından hem eklemeli gen varyansınm önemli olması hem de dar anlamda kalıtım derecesinin oldukça yüksek bulunmasından dolayı seleksiyon ile başanya ulaşma şansının yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. San pas hastalık şiddeti için kısmi dominanttık bulunmuş, hastalık şiddetinin dominant genlerle ve l gen.çifti tarafından idare edildiği saptanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda, san pasa dayanıklılık için BR12*4 hattının en uygun ebeveyn olduğu ve genel olarak bu hattın diğer ebeveynler ile olan melezlerinin ümitvar olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
In the populations that were included six common wheat cultivar or lines and crosses of half diallel of these cultivars or lines, it was estimated that the chance of success in selection was high for stripe rust, since both additive effect was significant and narrow-sense heritability of this characteristic was high. Partial dominance effect was found in stripe rust. It was found that recessive alleles were more effective on stripe rust. It was found that at least 1 pairs of genes was effective on stripe rust. It was found that the suitable parents were BR12*4 for resistant of stripe rust. In general, the promising crosses were obtained from the combinations of BR12*4 line with other parents.
