Abstract
İntrakraniyal hemorajilere (subaraknoid ve/veya subdural) eşlik eden vitreus hemorajisi Terson Sendromu olarak adlandırılmaktadırSendrom genellikle subaraknoid hemoraji sonrası görme azlığı ile ortaya çıkan nadir bir klinik durumdur. Bu çalışmada Terson sendromu nedeniyle pars plana vitrektomi uygulanan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Olgunun ameliyat öncesi 0,1 olan görme keskinliğameliyattan sonra birinci ayda 0,7’ye ulaştı. Ameliyatta ve daha sonraki takiplerde herhangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmedi. (Turk Ophthalmol 2012; 42: 400-2)
