dc.description.abstractAkut Rinosinüzitli Hastalarda Antibiyoterapi, Nazal Steroid, izotonik ve Hipertonik Tuzlu Su Solusyonun Tedavi Etkinliğinin Karşılaştırılması Amaç: Nazal mukoza ve paranazal sinüsleri döşeyen mukozanın enflamasyonu ile karakterize bir üst solunum yolu hastalığı olan akut rinosinüzit (ARS) oldukça sık rastlanan bir sağlık sorunudur. Etyolojisinde virüsler başta olmak üzere çeşitli etkenler rol oynar. Tedavisi halen tartışmalıdır. Bu çalışmada akut rinosinüzit tanısı konulan hastalarda uygulanan farklı tedavi seçeneklerinin sinüzit semptomları üzerine olan etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Metod: Hastalar randomize edilerek antibiyoterapi, nazal steroid (NS), serum fizyolojik (SF) ile nazal lavaj, hipertonik tuzlu su (HS) ile nazal lavaj ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere 5 gruba ayrıldı. Semptomları Vizüel Analog Skala (VAS) ile değerlendirildi. On gün sonra hastalar kontrole çağrıldı. Tedavi sonrası semptomlar verilen tedavi hakkında bilgisi olmayan başka bir hekim tarafından değerlendirildi. Tedavi öncesi ve sonrası VAS skorları karşılaştırıldı. Ayrıca tedavi sonrası VAS skorları gruplar arasında karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Tedavi gruplarındaki hastaların tedavi öncesi ve sonrası VAS arasında anlamlı istatistiksel fark saptanmıştır. Kontrol grubundaki hastalarda ise bu fark anlamlı değildir. Tedavi sonrası VAS karşılaştırıldığında antibiyoterapi verilen hastaların VAS değerleri ile diğer gruplardaki hastaların VAS değerleri arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır. Sonuç: Antibiyoterapinin ARS tedavisinde en etkin yöntem olduğu sonucuna varıldı.en_US
dc.description.abstractComparing Nasal Steroid, Antibiotheraphy, Isotonic and Hypertonic Salt Water Solution Treatment Efficiency of The Patients, Who Suffers From Acute Rhinosinusitis Background and aim: Acute Rhinosinusitis (ARS) is a very common upper respiratory tract disorder, which characterized by the mucus inflamation of covered nasal mucus and paranasal sinuses. There are many factors playing significant role in the ethiology, especially viruses. The treatment is still debated. The aim of the study is to investigate various treatments methods on sinusitis symptoms in patients with ARS. Method: The patients were divided into five groups –antibiotheraphy, nasal steroid, the nasal lavage with saline and hypertonic solutions, and control group. Symptomps were evaluated and compared by Visual Analog Scale before and after the treatment. The symptomps were evaluated by a physician who has no information about the treatment. Results: The differences in terms of pre and post-treatment VAS scores were significant within the groups. The difference was not meaningful in control group, statistically. Furthermore, the post-treatment VAS scores of patients whom treated with the antibiotheraphy were better than the other group patients.
