In this study, it was aimed to detect the aerobic bacteria from the goat milk with subclinical mastitis. Milk samples were obtained from the 148 goats and the samples were investigated by classical bacteriological culture methods. Bacteriological cultures were positive in 69 (46.6%) of 148 samples. Bacterial strains isolated from the milk samples were 42 (60.8%) coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS), 11 (15.9%) Staphylococcus aureus, 11 (15.9%) Escherichia coli, 2 (2.9%) Corynebacterium spp., 1 (1.4%) Streptococcus spp., 1 (1.4%) C. pseudotuberculosis and 1 (1.4%) Aeromonas spp. In conclusion, CNS is the most frequently isolated bacterium from the goat milk with subclinical mastitis.
