Özet
Bu araştırmada, Adana ili Ceyhan ilçesinde birinci ürün dane mısır üreten tarım işletmelerinin mısır üretim faaliyetinin ekonomik analizinin yapılması, üretim ve pazarlama sorunlarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın materyalini 2020 üretim yılında mısır üretim faaliyeti yapan işletmelerden tabakalı tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 150 işletmeden anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler oluşturmaktadır. İncelenen işletmeler birinci grup 0-75 dekar arazi, ikinci grup 76-250 dekar arazi, üçüncü grup 251 dekar ve üzeri arazi genişliğine sahip işletme olmak üzere üç gruba ayrılarak değerlendirme kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmada öncelikle çalışma kapsamında görüşülen mısır işletmelerinin sosyo-ekonomik yapısı belirlenmiş, mısır üretim faaliyetine dair maliyetler hesaplanmış, mısır işletmelerinin üretim ve pazarlama sorunları belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre, incelenen işletmelerin ortalama işletme genişliği ortalama 233.9 dekar ve mısır ekim alanı ortalama 223.7 dekardır. İşletmelerde dekara ortalama verim 1400 kg ve üreticinin ortalama satış fiyatı 1.4 TL/kg'dir. İncelenen işletmelerde ortalama dekara 4.7 saat işgücü ve ortalama dekara 1.3 saat makine gücü kullanılmıştır. İşletmelerin üretim masrafları toplamının %84.7'sini değişken masraflar oluştururken, %15.3'ünü sabit masraflar oluşturmaktadır. Mısır işletmelerinde değişken masraflar dekara ortalama 918 TL ve sabit masraflar dekara ortalama 166.2 TL'dir. İşletmelerde üretim masrafları ise dekara ortalama 1084.2 TL hesaplanmıştır. İncelenen işletmelerde mısır üretimine ait gayrisafi üretim değeri dekara ortalama 1967 TL, brüt kar ise 1049 TL'dir. İşletmelerde toplam mutlak kar dekara ortalama 882.8 TL ve nispi kar dekara ortalama 1.81'dir. Ayrıca işletmelerde 1 kg mısırın üretim maliyeti ise 0.8 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.
In this study, it is aimed economic analysis of the maize production of the maize enterprises that produce first crop maize in the Ceyhan district of Adana province, and to reveal the production and marketing problems. The material of the research consists of the data obtained through questionnaires from 150 enterprises determined by stratified random sampling method from the enterprises engaged in maize production in the 2020 production year. The examined enterprises were divided into three groups as 0-75 decares of land in the first group, 76-250 decares in the second group, and enterprises with a land width of 251 decares and above in the third group and included in the scope of the evaluation. In the research, first of all, the socio-economic structure of the maize enterprises interviewed within the scope of the study was determined, the costs of the maize production activity were calculated, and the production and marketing problems of the maize enterprises were determined. According to the data obtained, the average farm land of the examined enterprises is 233.9 decares and the average maize land is 223.7 decares. The average yield per decare in the enterprises is 1400 kg and the average sales price of the producer is 1.4 TL/kg. An average of 4.7 hours of labor per decare and an average of 1.3 hours of machine power per decare were used in the examined enterprises. While 84.7% of the total production costs of the enterprises are variable costs, 15.3% is fixed costs. The average value of variable costs in maize enterprises is 918 TL per decare and the value of fixed costs is 166.2 TL per decare. Production costs in the enterprises were calculated as 1084.2 TL per decare. The average gross production value of the examined maize enterprises is 1967 TL per decare, and the gross profit per decare is 1049 TL. In enterprises, the average absolute profit per decare is 882.8 TL and the relative profit is 1.81 on average per decare. In addition, the production cost of 1 kg of maize in the enterprises was calculated as 0.8 TL.
