dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye Radyo Televizyon Kurumu (TRT) personelinin Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sistemi (EBYS) kullanımını etkileyen faktörleri Kişisel Bilgi Formu (KBF) ve Genişletilmiş Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM-G) ölçeği çerçevesinde belirlemek ve EBYS hakkındaki görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışmanın örneklemini uygun örnekleme yoluyla çevrim içi ankete katılım gösteren 304 TRT çalışanı oluşturmuştur. Araştırma, karma yöntem yaklaşımlarından gömülü desen kullanılarak gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırmada veriler çevrim içi anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Anketin nicel kısmında tarama modeli, nitel kısmında ise açık uçlu sorular kullanılmıştır. Anketten elde edilen nicel verilerin analizinde çoklu regresyon analizi ve Kruskal Wallis H; nitel verilerde ise içerik analizine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma bulguları EBYS kullanım niyetini TRT çalışanının TRT hizmet süresi, ortalama EBYS kullanım süresi ve EBYS giriş sıklığının etkilediği; çalışanın cinsiyetinin, yaşının, öğrenim durumunun ve unvanının EBYS kullanım niyetini etkilemediğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Ayrıca algılanan fayda, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, son kullanıcı desteği, işe uygunluğu, sonuç gösterilebilirliği, kaygı ve güvenin niyet üzerinde önemli birer yordayıcı olduğu, kolaylaştırıcı koşullar ve kişisel normun ise anlamlı bir yordayıcı olmadıkları ortaya çıkmıştır. Nitel sonuçlarda ise EBYS'nin kolaylık sağladığı, hızlı ve pratik olduğu avantajlar içinde yer almaktadır. EBYS'nin karmaşık olması, teknik problemlerin yaşanması, eğitim ve rehberin yetersiz olması dezavantaj olarak görülmektedir. Katılımcılar, EBYS kullanımı için eğitim verilmesini, güncel rehber hazırlanmasını ve mobil uygulamanın yaygınlaştırılmasını önermişlerdir. EBYS üzerine gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalar için EBYS'de siber güvenlik ve mobil EBYS konuları üzerine çalışma yapılması alanyazına katkı sağlayabilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting the use of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of Turkish Radio and Television Authority (TRT) personnel within the framework of Personal Information Form (PIF) and developed technology acceptance model (TAM) scale, and investigate their views about EDMS. 304 TRT employees participated in the online survey through appropriate sampling. Data in the study was collected by online survey method. The research was carried out using mixed-method research. was used in the quantitative part of the survey, and open-ended questions were used in the qualitative part. Multiple regression and Kruskal Wallis H analysis was used for the analysis of quantitative data obtained from the survey, and content analysis was used for the qualitative data. Research findings revealed that the intention to use EDMS was influenced by the TRT employee's TRT service time, average duration of use of EDMS and frequency of entry of EDMS, and that the employee's gender, age, educational status and title did not affect the intention to use EDMS. In addition, perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, end-user support, job suitability, outcome demonstrability, anxiety and trust are important predictors of intent of use, while facilitating conditions and personal norms are not meaningful predictors. In qualitative results, it is among the advantages that EDMS provides convenience, is fast and practical. It is seen as a disadvantage that EDMS is complex, technical problems are experienced, and training and guide are insufficient. The participants demanded in-service training about EDMS, up-to-date guidance, and use of its mobile application. For future studies issues in cyber security at EDMS and mobile EDMS could contribute to the field.en_US
