Özet
öz Hatay yöresinde 1994-1996 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada, sert çekirdekli meyve ağaçlarında gözlenen virüs hastalılarının ELISA yöntemi ile tandan yapılarak enfeksiyon oranlan belirlenmiştir. Yörede testlenen örneklerde en yaygın virüs hastalığının % 18.47 ile Cucumis sativus L. izlediği belirlenmiştir. Tesstenen örneklerin hiçbirisinde Şarka veya erik kanseri virüsü (PPV) bulunmamıştır. Otsu bitkilere yapılan mekanik inokulasyon sonucu Cucumis sativus L. (hıyar) bitkisinde PNRSV, PDV ve ApMV simptomları belirgin olarak saptanmıştır.
VI ABSTRACT In this study which had been carried out in 1994-1996 in Hatay Province, identification of virus diseases of stone fruit trees by using ELISA method and determination of enfection rate were studied. The most common virus disease in this Province was Prunus necrotic ring spot virus (PNRSV) with the infection rate of 18.47 %. Infection rate of Prunus dwarf virus (PDV), Apple mosaic virus (ApMV) and Apple Chlorotic Leaf Spot Virus (ACLSV) were found 15.57 %, 13.76 % and 2.89 %, respectively. Plum pox virus (PPV) was not found in tested samples. According to the result of mechanical inoculation the symptoms of PNRSV, PDV and ApMV were observe d very clearly on Cucumis sativus L. plants.
