| dc.description.abstract | Öğretmenlerin mesleki yeterlilikleri, okullardaki birçok eğitimsel sistemi derindenetkilemektedir. Bunlardan belki de en önemlisi kuşkusuz öğrencilerin akademik başarılarıdır.Dolayısıyla okulun ve öğrencilerin başarısını artırabilmek için öğretmenlerin hem alan bilgilerihem de pedagojik formasyon bilgileri sürekli çeşitli kurumsal hizmet içi eğitimlerle desteklenmelidir. Öğretmenlerin kariyer gelişimi için her türlü bilimsel ihtiyaçları ve mesleki gelişimleri de desteklenmeli ayrıca motivasyonlarını yüksek tutabilmek için devamlı psikolojik destek sağlanmalıdır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin eğitimde kalite, süreklilik ve kariyer süreçleri ile ilgili görüşlerini belirleyebilmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2024-2025 öğretim yılı Hatay Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sosyal bilimler Enstitüsü Eğitim Bilimleri bölümünde tezsiz yüksek lisans yapmakta olan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin eğitimde kalite, süreklilik ve kariyer süreçleri ile ilgili görüşlerini belirleyebilmek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından 3 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu veri toplama aracı olarak geliştirilmiş ve araştırmada kullanılmıştır. Nitel olarak yürütülen araştırmada yöntem olarak olgubilim modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, öğretmenlere göre eğitim öğretimde kaliteye ve başarıya her zaman önem verilmesi gerektiği, kariyer ve başarının mutlaka sürekli ve sürdürülebilir olması gerektiği ve öğrenci başarısının aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin dolayısıyla okulun da başarısı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada, öğretmenlerin kariyerlerini geliştirebilmek ve kendilerini devamlı yenileyebilmek için kongrelere, seminerlere, konferanslara, eğitimsel toplantılara ve hizmet içi eğitimlere ihtiyaçlarının olduğu sonucuna da ulaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Teachers' professional competencies deeply affect many educational systems in schools. Perhaps the most important of these is undoubtedly the academic success of students. Therefore, in order to increase the success of the school and students, both the field knowledge and pedagogical formationknowledge of teachers should be continuously supported with various institutional in-service trainings. All kinds of scientific needs and professional development of teachers should be supported for their career development, and continuous psychological support should be provided to keep their motivation high. The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of teachers on quality, continuity and career processes in education. Forthis purpose, the study group of the research consists of teachers who are doing a non-thesis master's degree in the Department of Educational Sciences of Hatay Mustafa Kemal University, Institute of Social Sciences in the 2024-2025 academic year. In the research, a semi-structuredinterview form consisting of 3 questions was developed by the researcher as a data collection tool and used in the research. The phenomenological model was used as the method in the qualitative research. At the end of the research, it was concluded that according to the teachers, quality and success in education should always be given importance, career and success shoulddefinitely be continuous and sustainable, and student success is also the success of the teachers and therefore the school. In addition, the research also concluded that teachers need congresses, seminars, conferences, educational meetings and in-service training in order to develop theircareers and to constantly renew themselves. | |
