dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Zebra çiklit (Gc'hlasoma nigrofasciatum Günter, 1868)'de $\beta$ -Estradiol hormonunun büyüme üzerine etkileri araştirıİjfrîıştır. Ortalama ağırlıkları 0,002+0,003 g olan iki günlük Zebra çiklitlere 3 ay süre ile 100 ve 200 $\mu$ g/L $\beta$ estradiol hormonu immersiyon yöntemi ile uygulanmıştır. Denemede balıkların boy ve ağırlıkları aylık periyotlarla belirlenmiştir. Deneme sonunda P-estradiol'ün zebra çiklitlerde vücut boy ve ağırlığını olumlu yönde etkilediği, ancak yüksek dozunda bu etkinin ortadan kalktığı ve bununla birlikte yaşama oranını düşürdüğü belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of ( $\beta$ -estradiol on the growth of Zebra Cichlid (Cichlasoma nigrofasciatum Günter, 1868) was investigated. 100 and 200 $\mu$ g/L $\beta$ -estradiol were applied to two day posthatching ornamental cichlids (0.002±0.003 g) by immersion for three months. During this period, length and weight of fish were determined every month. At the end of experiment, P-estradiol increased body length and weigth significantly but super optimal doses led to higher mortality and stunted growthen_US
