Özet
Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin okul ortamında maruz kaldıkları mobbing eylemleri ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla bu tez çalışması yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu Hatay ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı okullarda görev yapan 445 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ve Einarsen ve Raknes (1997) tarafından geliştirilen Cemaloğlu (2007) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan "Olumsuz Davranışlar Anketi" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 17 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Normallik testi sonucunda verilerin normal dağılmadığı saptanmış ve ikili gruplar için Mann Whitney U testi, üçlü gruplar içinse Kruskal-Wallis H testi uygulanmıştır. Alt boyutlar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek içinse Spearman korelasyon testi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları incelendiğinde; katılımcıların ortalama puanlarıyla cinsiyet, eğitim kademesi, öğrenim durumu değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilememişken (p>0,05) yaş ve medeni durum açısından anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Mesleki kıdem değişkeninde ise sadece bir alt boyutta anlamlı bir faklılık saptanmıştır.
A Study on Mobbing Actions Exposed by Physical Education and Sports Teachers in School Environment This thesis has been prepared in order to reveal the mobbing actions exposed by physical education and sports teachers in school environment. The sample group of the research consist of 445 physical education and sports teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the province of Hatay. The personal information form prepared by the researcher and the "Negative Acts Questionnaire" developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Cemaloğlu (2007) were used in the study. SPSS 17 packaged software was used for data analysis. As a result of the normality test, it was found that the data were not distributed normally. Mann Whitney U Test was used for paired groups and Kruskal-Wallis H Test was used for triple groups. Spearman correlation test was used to determine the relationship between the sub-dimensions. When the results of the study were examined there was no significant difference between the mean scores of the participants' in terms of gender, education level and education status variables but a significant difference was identified between (p>0,05) in terms of age and maritial status. Also, there was a significant difference in professional seniority variable in only one sub-dimension.
