Özet
Bu çalışmada Adıyaman ilinde badem meyvesinin üretim durumu, pazarlama yapısı, pazarlama organizasyonunun etkinliği, üretim ve pazarlama esnasında yaşanan sorunların tespiti ve çözüm önerilerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. 2022 yılı verilerine göre Türkiye toplam badem üretiminin %17.80'ini karşılayan Adıyaman ili çalışma alanı olarak belirlenmiştir. Badem yetiştiriciliği yapan üreticiler, pazarlama aşamalarında yer alan aracılar ve işletmeciler olmak üzere üç farklı anket yardımı ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında işletmeler badem dikim alanına göre üç farklı gruba ayrılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler frekans, oran ve ortalamalar kullanılarak sunulmuştur. İşletme grupları ile işletmecilerin bazı demografik özellikleri arasındaki farklılıkları belirleyebilmek için Kruskall–Wallis testi yapılmıştır. Bölgedeki üretim ve pazarlama durumunun güçlü ve zayıf yönlerini belirlemek ve sektördeki fırsat ve tehditleri tespit etmek için GZFT analizi yapılmıştır. Adıyaman ilinde 2022 yılında toplam ekim alanı 108.750 dekar, üretim miktarı 33.827 tondur. Adıyaman ilinin iklim özelliklerinin badem üretimine uygun olması yıllar itibari ile üretimde görülen artışın önümüzdeki yıllarda da devam edeceği, Adıyaman ilindeki badem işleme tesislerinin daha fazla yaygınlaşacağı ve ürüne olan ilginin daha çok artacağı öngörülmektedir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda üreticiden-tüketiciye giden yolda, üretimi ve pazarlamayı etkileyen bazı sorunlar gözlenmiştir. Önemli üretim sorunları kaliteli fidan temini ve fidan fiyatlarının yüksek olmasıdır. Önemli üretim ve pazarlama sorunlarının giderilmesi ile badem üretiminin giderek artacağı söylenebilir.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the production status of almond fruit in Adıyaman province, its marketing structure, the effectiveness of the marketing organization, the problems experienced during production and marketing and to reveal the solution suggestions. As of 2022, Adıyaman province, which meets 17.80% of Turkey's total almond production, was determined as the study area. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews with the help of three different questionnaires: producers engaged in almond cultivation, intermediaries involved in marketing stages and business. Within the scope of the research, enterprises were divided into three different groups according to their size. The data obtained were presented using frequencies, rates and averages. Kruskall-Wallis test was conducted to determine the differences between the enterprise groups and some demographic characteristics of the farmers. SWOT analysis was conducted to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the production and marketing situation in the region and to identify opportunities and threats in the sector. In Adıyaman province, the total cultivation area was 108,750 decares and the production amount was 33,827 tons in 2022. Since the climatic characteristics of Adıyaman province are suitable for almond production, it is predicted that the increase in production will continue in the coming years, the almond processing facilities in Adıyaman will become more widespread and the interest in the product will increase more. As a result of the evaluations made, some problems affecting production and marketing on the road from producer to consumer have been observed. Important production problems are the supply of quality saplings and high sapling prices. It can be said that almond production will gradually increase with the elimination of important production and marketing problems.
