Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, badem üreten işletmelerin sosyo-ekonomik analizini ortaya koymak, bu konuda bilgi eksikliğini gidermeye çalışmak ve karşılaşılan sorunlara bazı önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın ana materyalini; Besni bölgesindeki 96 adet badem üreten işletme ile yapılan yüz yüze görüşmeler sonucu elde edilen birincil veriler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler 2021 yılı üretim sezonuna ait verilerdir. İncelenen işletmelerde badem üreticilerinin üretim ve pazarlama aşamasında karşılaştıkları sorunlar, üretim masrafları ve badem üretimine geçme nedenleri saptanmaya çalışılmış, elde edilen bilgiler ve istatistiksel analizler sonucunda gerekli değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler frekans, oran ve ortalamalar kullanılarak sunulmuştur. Bölgenin badem üretimindeki güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile fırsat ve tehditleri belirlemek için GZFT analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca badem üretim maliyeti ve kârlılığının belirlenmesinde tek ürün bütçe analizi kullanılmıştır. Besni ilçesinde badem dikimi son zamanlarda oldukça artış göstermektedir. Henüz verim çağına gelmemiş tesisler çoğunlukta olup ilerleyen yıllarda badem üretiminin artması beklenmektedir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre; badem işletmelerinin ortalama arazi genişliği 71.70 da, incelenen işletmelerin ağaç yaşı ortalaması 7.77 yıl, ortalama badem verimi 144.44 kg/da, badem randımanı ortalama 301.55 gr olarak tespit edilmiştir. 1 kg badem üretim maliyeti 20.49 TL, bademin ortalama satış fiyatı 18.00 TL, 1 kg bademin kar marjı -2.44 TL'dir. Dekara GSÜD 3909.89 TL/da, brüt kâr 2952.56 TL/da, mutlak kâr 950.85 TL/da, nispi kâr 1.32 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Meyve vermeyen ağaç sayısının ve verime ulaşmamış plantasyonların çokluğu üreticilerin kar marjlarını olumsuz etkilediği saptanmıştır.
The aim of this study was to reveal the socio-economic analysis of almond producing enterprises, to try to eliminate the lack of information on this subject and to make some suggestions for the problems encountered. In this context, the main material of the research; İt consists of primary data obtained as a result of face-to-face interviews with 96 almond-producing farms in the Besni region. The data used in the research were the 2021 production season. The problems encountered by almond producers in the production and marketing stages of the examined enterprises, production costs and the reasons for switching to almond production were tried to be determined, and necessary evaluations were made as a result of the information obtained and statistical analysis. The data obtained were presented using frequencies, rates and averages. SWOT analysis was used to determine the region's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in almond production. Additionally, single product budget analysis was used to determine almond production cost and profitability. Almond planting in Besni district has increased considerably recently. The majority of facilities have not yet reached the productive age, and almond production is expected to increase in the coming years. According to the study results; the average land width of the almond enterprises was 71.70 da, the average tree age of the examined enterprises was 7.77 years, the average almond yield was 144.44 kg/da, and the average almond yield was 301.55 g. The production cost of 1 kg of almonds was 20.49 TL, the average sales price of almonds was 18.00 TL, and the profit margin of 1 kg of almonds was -2.44 TL. GDP per decare was calculated as 3909.89 TL gross profit as 2952.56 TL, absolute profit as 950.85 TL/da, relative profit as 1.32. İt was observed that the number of trees that do not bear fruit and the number of plantations that have not reached productivity negatively affect the profit margins of the producers.
