Özet
Bu çalışma, Mersin ilinde ekonomik olarak yetiştiriciliği yapılan Hayward çeşidi kivi (Actinidia deliciosa) bitkisinin mineral besin elementleri açısından beslenme durumlarının saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Mersin iline bağlı 9 ilçeden olmak üzere 53 farklı meyve bahçesinden alınan yaprak numunelerinde makro ve mikro besin elementlerinin konsantrasyonları saptanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; analiz edilen yaprak numunelerinde en düşük azot (N), (%1,48) ve kalsiyum (Ca), (%2,53) miktarına Silifke İmamlı, en düşük fosfor (P), (%0,09) miktarına Silifke Uzuncaburç, en düşük potasyum (K), (%0,71) miktarına Mezitli Tepeköy, en düşük magnezyum (Mg), (%0,31) miktarına Tarsus Sarıkavak, en düşük çinko (Zn), (5,43 mgkg-1) ve bakır (Cu:3,75 mgkg-1) konsantrasyonuna Mezitli Demirışık; en düşük demir (Fe),(58,31 mgkg-1) konsantrasyonuna Çamlıyayla Körmenlik, en düşük Mangan (Mn), (16,45 mgkg-1) miktarına ise Erdemli Elvanlı ilçe ve köylerinde rastlanmıştır. Mersin yöresi kivi üretim alanlarında mineral beslenmenin K ve Zn hariç diğer tüm makro ve mikro besin elementleri (N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn) açısından yeterli olduğu belirlenmiştir.
This study was carried out to determine the mineral nutritional status of the Hayward variety kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa) plant grown economically in Mersin. The concentrations of macro and micronutrient elements were determined in leaf samples taken from 53 different orchards, including 9 districts of Mersin province. According to the results Silifke İmamlı had the lowest nitrogen (N), (%1.48) and calcium (Ca), (%2.53) concentration in the analyzed leaf samples when Silifke Uzuncaburç had the lowest phosphorus (P %0.09). The lowest potassium (K), (%0.71) concentration was found in Mezitli Tepeköy and the lowest amount of magnesium (Mg), (% 0.31) in Tarsus Sarıkavak. The lowest concentrations of zinc (Zn), (5.43 mgkg-1) and copper (Cu), (3.75 mgkg-1) were found in Mezitli Demirışık; The lowest concentration of iron (Fe), (58.31 mgkg-1) was found in Çamlıyayla Körmenlik, and the lowest concentration of manganese (Mn), (16.45 mgkg-1) was found in Erdemli Elvanlı districts and villages. It has been determined that mineral nutrition is sufficient in terms of all macro and micronutrient elements (N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn) except K and Zn in kiwi production areas in Mersin region.
