| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma 2007-2009 yıllarında Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde Adıyaman,Diyarbakır ve Şanlıurfa illerinde farklı buğday ekosistemlerinde Trissolcus türlerininSüne populasyonu üzerindeki etkilerini, alternatif konukçularını ve parazitoit konukçuilişkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür.Çalışmada, Trissolcus spp.'nin alternatif konukçusu olan Pentatomidae veScutelleridae familyasına ait 23 tür ve bu türlerin konukçusu olan ağaç ve tek yıllıkbitkiler belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, Trissolcus spp.'nin ekosistemde yer alan ağaçlardakipopulasyon değişimleri, beslendiği bitkiler, kışlama yerleri, yaygın ve etkili olan T.semistriatus'un konukçu tercihleri ile konukçu yumurtalarındaki parazitlenme oranlarıbelirlenmiştir.Farklı ekosistemlerde yer alan 25 buğday tarlasında Süne ergin ve nimfyoğunlukları, parazitlenme oranları ve Trissolcus türleri belirlenerek, ekosistemlerdekifarklılıklar karşılaştırılmıştır.Buğday hasadı sonrası elde edilen tanelerde nimf yoğunluklarının zelenysedimantasyon (ml), beklemeli zeleny sedimantasyon (ml) ve gluten indeks (%)değerleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda, Süne zararının görüldüğü bölgelerde Süne yumurtaparazitoitleri ve alternatif konukçularının etkinliğini artırmada hububat tarlalarınınçevrelerinin ağaçlandırılması ve yabani bitkilerin korunması yanında, Süne zararındandaha az etkilenen buğday çeşitlerinin yetiştirilmesinin uygun olacağı ortayakonulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out to determine effects of Trissolcus species on Sunpestpopulation, alternative hosts of Trissolcus species and host-parazitoid interactions ondifferent wheat ecosystems at Adıyaman, Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa provinces in2007,2008 and 2009.In this study, it was determined 23 species belonging to Pentatomidae andScutlleridae families which are alternative hosts of Trissolcus spp. and trees and annualplants being these species?s hosts. Also, it was found out population changing ofTrissolcus spp. on trees, plants on which they feed, their over-wintering areas, hostpreference and parasitism rate on their hosts?s egg.Differences between the ecosystems were compared by determining the densityof over-wintered Sunnpest adults and nymphs, parasitism rates and Trissolcus species inthe 25 wheat fields at the different ecosystems.It was examined the effects of sunnpest damage on grains harvested on zelenysedimentation, modified zeleny sedimentation and gluten index values.As a conclusion, It was found out that it was more suitable to produce the wheatvarieties that are affected less by Sunnpest as well as afforestration of areas near thewheat fields and preservation of wild plants in order to increase the efficieny ofSunnpest egg parazitoids and alternative hosts at the regions in which Sunnpest damagewas seen. | en_US |
