dc.description.abstractGünümüzde işletmeler, yaşamın her alanında meydana gelen değişiklikler, teknolojik yenilikler ve bu doğrultuda bilinçlenen tüketici nedeniyle ağır rekabet şartlarında çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Bu durumda işletmelerin yegane amacı müşteri talebini tam anlamıyla karşılamaktır. Bu amaca yönelik çabalarda geleneksel üretim anlayışının yetersiz kalması işletmeleri yeni arayışlara sevk etmiştir. `Yalın Üretim' bu arayışların sonucu doğmuş modern çağın üretim felsefesidir. Yalın üretimde amaç, israfı önlemek ve müşteri odaklıklı çalışarak talebin tam anlamıyla karşılanmasını sağlamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda `Sıfır Stok' ve 'Sıfır Hata' hedefleriyle mevcut proses ve sistemlerin tamamında sürekli iyileştirme faaliyetleri uygulanır. Bu çalışmada, `?Yalın Üretim Felsefesi?? ana hatlarıyla açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Felsefeye ait üretim teknikleri sırasıyla incelenmiştir. Yalın üretim adına Türkiye? de yapılan çalışmalara kısaca değinilmiştir. Uygulamalar kısmında ise, bu felsefe ile yeni tanışan bir işletmede yapılan dönüşüm çalışmaları ayrıntıları ile anlatılarak elde edilen kazanç ortaya konulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractNowadays, companies keep continuing their work sunder hard competetive conditions because of the changes in all areas of life, technological innovations and accordingly conscious consumers. In this case, the only goal of the company is to provide all demands of the consumers completely. In the efforts conducted to accomplish this target, the insufficiency of the traditional production methods, consigns the companies new searches. LEAN PRODUCTION is the new production philiosophy of the modern age that was born outcome of these searches. The purpose of the lean production is to prevent wasting and to provide the demand completely, by working customer-centered. To this end, with the goals of `zero-reserve' and 'zero-error', permanent amandment activities are implemented in all existing process and systems. In this study, the philosophy of the lean production has been tried to be explained substantially.The production techniques which belong to this philosophy are examined respectively. Some examples of lean production approach implemented by companies in Turkey. In the section of applications, the transformation studies in a company, which had met with this philosophy recently, have been explained in details and the obtained profit have been introduced.en_US
