Özet
The National Education Ministry had prepared the new primary Turkish Lesson (1-5 classes) Instruction Programme in 2005. This programme Primary Turkish Lesson Instruction Programme is including these chapters: Introduction, vision, basic approaches, essentialities of programme, structure of programme, common purposes, basic skills, learning areas (reading, listening, talking, writing and visual reading-writing-speech), targets, Atatürk, activities and explanations. New programme is based on the construtivist approach. Primary Turkish Lesson Instruction Programme based on the five learning areas: listening, talking, reading, writing and visual reading-writing-speech. Grammar isn't deal with a seperate learning area in the Primary Turkish Lesson Instruction Programme but it's in others learning areas (reading, listening, writing...). Visual reading and visual speech-writing there is firstly in the programme a seperate learning area which include meaning from visuals that figures, symbols, pictures, graphics, tables, body language, nature facts, and social facts. The aim of research to determine the ideas of primary fifth classes teachers in Turkish Lesson Instruction Programme that include listening, talking, reading, writing activities, and visual reading and writing-speeking. Participants of research are 110 primary fifth classes teachers. The questionnaire are used in this research which are structured 30 clauses. The datas had transferred to computer after the implementation. Afterward these are analyzed 10.0 SPSS statistics programme. In result teachers are attending to clauses in questionnaire.
