dc.description.abstractBu çalışma 2017 - 2019 yılları arasında Gaziantep iline bağlı merkez ilçeler (Şahinbey, Şehitkamil) ile Oğuzeli ve Nizip ilçelerinde yapılmıştır. Belirlenen 10 ayrı istasyondan doğal miksomiset örnekleri toplanmıştır. Ayrıca spor ihtiva ettiği düşünülen çürümüş veya canlı ağaç kabuğu, yaprak, döküntü bitkisel ve hayvansal materyaller de toplanmıştır. Doğal Miksomisetler hemen kurutulmuş, spor ihtiva ettiği düşünülen materyaller ise nem odası tekniği ile laboratuvarda sıcak ve nemli ortamda sporofor oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda toplamda 537 örnek üzerinde çalışılmış bunlardan 42 tanesini doğal örnekler oluşturmak üzere 185 tanesinde Miksomiset tespit edilmiştir. Örneklerden 3 altsınıf 8 familya ve 15 cinste 39 tür tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen türlerden 39 tanesi Gaziantep için, 2 tanesi Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out between the years 2017 and 2019 in the districts of Gaziantep (Şahinbey, Şehitkamil) and Oğuzeli and Nizip districts. Natural myxomycet samples were collected from 10 different stations. In addition, rotten or live tree bark, leaves, rash, vegetable and animal materials which were thought to contain spores were also collected. Natural specimens were immediately dried, and the materials that were thought to contain spore were tried to be formed in a warm and humid environment by using moist chamber technique. As a result of the field and laboratory studies, a total of 537 samples were studied, 42 of them to form natural samples and 185 Myxomycetes were obtained. In 3 subclasses, 8 families and 15 genera 39 species were identified. 39 species are new record for Gaziantep and 2 Myxomycetes identified as a new record for Turkey.en_US
