dc.description.abstractDerileri meyvelerin değişik sebeplerle analizleri hemen yapılamamaktadır. Bu durumlarda meyveler bir süre bekletilmekte olup, çoğu zaman bekletme koşullan uygun olmamaktadır. İnterdonato limon ve Ruby Red altıntop çeşitleri Hatay ili Samandağ ilçesinde bir üretici bahçesinden derilmiştir. Her iki çeşide ait meyveler derimden hemen sonra analizleri yapıldıktan sonra 4°C ve 20°C civarındaki oda koşullarında meyve ve meyve suyu olarak 1 hafta bekletilmiştir. Bu sırada derimden 3 saat, 6 saat, 12 saat, 1 gün, 2 gün 3 gün ve 7 gün sonra olmak üzere ağırlık kaybı (%), suda çözünebilir toplam kuru madde (%), pH, asitlik (g sitrik asit / 100 mi meyve suyu), usare miktarı (%) ve C vitamini [mg askorbik asit/l00 mi usare (L-askorbik asit)] analizleri yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractCultivars were analysed immediately after harvest, then kept as either fruit or fruit juice at 4'C or 20'C for a week. Percent weight loss, total soluble solids (%TSS), pH, titretable acidity (g citric acid . / 100 ml fruit juice), percent fruit juice, vitamin C [mg Fruits often are unable to be analysed immediately after harvest due to several reasons. In such cases, fruits are kept for a while and in most of the cases, keeping conditions might not be proper, interdonato lemons and Ruby Red grapefruits were harvested from a local orchard in the Samandağ County of the Hatay Province. The fruits of both ascorbic acid/100 ml fruit juice (L-ascorbic acid)] of fruits were determined 3 hours, 6-hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days or 7 days after harvest.en_US
