Özet
Hayvanların yaşamını sağlıklı bir şekilde sürdürebilmesi için koruyucu hekimlik önemli bir faktördür. Canlının yaşamını tehlikeye sokabilecek veya kalıcı hasarlar oluşturabilecek bazı hastalıkları daha ortaya çıkmadan önlemek, bu hastalıkların oluştuktan sonraki tedavisinden daha fazla önem taşır. Birçok viral veya bakteriyel hastalığa karşı geliştirilen aşılar çok uzun zamandır koruyucu hekimlikte kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle aşılar, koruyucu hekimliğin en önemli yapı taşlarından biri sayılabilir. Sonuç olarak bu derlemede ruminantlarda kullanılan aşılar ve önemi vurgulandı.
The preventive medicine is an important factor in order to keep the animals life healthy. It is more important to prevent some illnesses before they have occurred, which may distress life of organism or may lead to permanent symptoms than the therapy of these illnesses after they have occurred. The vaccines developed against many viral and bacterial illnesses have been used in preventive medicine for a long time. Therefore vaccines are can be seen as one of the important basic stone of preventive medicine. Consequently in this review, the use of vaccines for ruminants and its clinical are summarized.
