Piliç baget örneklerinde staphylococcus aureus varlığı ile izolatların antibiyotik duyarlılığının belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Eylül 2020–Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında Adana, Mersin ve Hatay illerinde paketlenmiş ve donmuş olarak satışa sunulan 120 adet piliç baget örneklerinde S. aureus varlığı ile izolatların antibiyotik duyarlılığı araştırıldı. Araştırmada analiz edilen örneklerin 99'unda (% 82.5) Staphylococcus spp. ve 6'sında (% 5) S. aureus saptandı. İzolatların tamamının gentamisin, kloramfenikol, vankomisin ve seftaroline, %33.3'nün tetrasiklin ve eritromisine, %83.3'nün ise oksasilin ve siprofloksasine duyarlı olduğu saptandı. Araştırmada saptanan 1 izolatın 3 adet antibiyotiğe, 3 izolatın 2 adet antibiyotiğe, 1 izolatın ise 1 adet antibiyotiğe dirençli olduğu, toplamda ise 4 izolatın ise en az 2 adet antibiyotiğe karşı çoklu dirençli gösterdiği, bir adet izolatın ise araştırmada kullanılan tüm antibiyotiklere karşı duyarlı olduğu saptandı. Sonuç olarak, üretim ve tüketim zincirinde bakım ve besleme, kanatlı kesim prosesi, parçalama, paketleme, depolama, nakil ve ürüne işlenmesi gibi tüm aşamalarda HACCP kurallarına uyulmasının ve bilinçsiz antibiyotik kullanımının engellenmesinin son derece önemli olduğu kanaatine varıldı.
This study has investigated the presence of S. aureus and the antibiotic sensitivity of isolates in 120 chicken drumsticks samples packaged and frozen for sale in Adana, Mersin, and Hatay provinces from September 2020 to November 2020. In the study, the Staphylococcus spp. was detected in 99 (82.5 %) of the analyzed samples and the S. aureus was detected in 6 (5 %) of them. It was found that all isolates were sensitive to gentamicin, chloramphenicol, vancomycin and ceftaroline, 33.3% to tetracycline and ertyhtromycin, and 83.3% to oxacillin and ciprofloxacin. The study found that 1 isolate is resistant to 3 antibiotics, 3 isolates are resistant to 2 antibiotics, and 1 isolate is resistant to 1 antibiotic. In total, 4 isolates have been found to be multi-resistant to at least 2 antibiotics, while one isolate has been susceptible to all antibiotics used in the study. Consequently, it was concluded that it is extremely important to comply with HACCP rules at all stages in the production and consumption chain such as maintenance and feeding, poultry slaughtering process, shredding, packaging, transportation and processing into the product, and preventing unconscious antibiotic use.
