Özet
Akdeniz meyve sineği, Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann) (Diptera: Tephritidae)'nin ülkemizde Trabzon hurmasının en önemli zararlılarından birisidir. Çalışma 2016-2018 yıllarında Hatay iline bağlı Dörtyol ve Antakya ilçelerinde bulunan Trabzon hurması bahçelerinde Akdeniz meyve sineği'nin cezbediciler ile kontrolü ve zarar oranının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Decis ve SEDQ tuzaklar ile beraber amonyum asetat (AA), amonyum karbonat (AC), amonyum bikarbonat (AB), Trimethylamin (TMA), Putrescine (P), Cadaverine (C) gibi cezbediciler farklı oranlarda tek, ikisi bir arada, ve üçü bir arada olacak şekilde kullanılarak denemeler kurulmuştur. 2016 yılında Dörtyol ilçesinde yapılan çalışmada Decis tipi tuzak ile AA, AC, AA+AC, AA+TMA+P ve AA+TMA+C gibi cezbediciler kullanılarak iki deneme ve beş tekerrürlü ve tesadüf deneme desenine göre her ağaca bir adet tuzak gelecek şekilde kurulmuştur. 2017 yılında Dörtyol ilçesinde yapılan çalışmada SEDQ tipi tuzak ile AA, AC, AB, AA+TMA+P ve AA+TMA+C gibi cezbediciler kullanılarak beş tekerrürlü ve tesadüf deneme desenine göre her ağaca bir adet tuzak gelecek şekilde kurulmuştur. 2018 yılında Antakya ilçesinde yapılan çalışmada SEDQ tipi tuzak ile AA, AC, AB, AA+TMA+P ve AA+TMA+C gibi cezbediciler kullanılarak beş tekerrürlü ve tesadüf deneme desenine göre her üç ağaca bir adet tuzak gelecek şekilde kurulmuştur. 2016 yılındaki birinci denemede örnekleme süresince cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından toplam 470 adet ergin yakalanmıştır. Çalışmada AA+AC karışımına sahip tuzaklar en fazla sayıda ergin yakalanmış olup bunu AA ve AA+TMA+C karışımına sahip cezbedici tuzaklar takip etmiştir. İkinci denemede cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından 407 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmıştır. Cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından en fazla ergin AA+AC karışımına sahip tuzaklar tarafından yakalanmış olup bunu AA ve AC içeren tuzaklar bunu takip etmiştir. 2017 yılında örnekleme süresince cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından 627 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmıştır. Cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından en fazla ergin AA içeren tuzaklar tarafından yakalanmıştır. 2018 yılında örnekleme süresince cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından 8804 adet Akdeniz meyve sineği ergini yakalanmıştır. Cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından en fazla ergin AC içeren cezbedici tuzaklar tarafından yakalanmış olup bunu AB ve AA içeren cezbedici tuzaklar takip etmiştir. Zararlının yapmış olduğu zarar yıllara göre önemli farklılıklar göstermiştir. 2016 yıllında birinci denemde % 3, ikinci denemede %2'lik zarar tespit edilmiştir. 2017 yılındaki zarar oranı % 4 olarak belirlenmiştir. 2018 yılındaki zarar oranı % 65 olarak belirlenmiştir.
Mediterranean fruit fly, Ceratitis capitate (Wiedemann) (Diptera: Tephritidae) is one of the most important pests of persimmon in Turkey. The study was carried out in 2016-2018 to control and determine the damage ratio of Mediterranean fruit fly by attractants in persimmon orchards in Dörtyol and Antakya districts of Hatay province, Turkey. Decis and SEDQ type traps with attractants ammonium acetate (AA), ammonium carbonate (AC), ammonium bicarbonate (AB), trimethylamine (TMA), putrecine (P), cadaverine (C) with different ratios, and their double and triple mixtures were used. In 2016, Decis type traps with AA, AC, AA+AC, AA+TMA+P and AA+TMA+C attractans were used in two trials in Dörtyol district of Hatay province. Traps were arranged as randomized completed block desing with 5 replications and hanged to be one trap for each tree. In 2017, SEDQ type traps with AA, AC, AB, AA+TMA+P and AA+TMA+C attractans were used in a trial in Dörtyol district of Hatay province. Traps were arranged as randomized completed block desing with 5 replications and hanged to be one trap for each tree. In 2018, SEDQ type traps with AA, AC, AB, AA+TMA+P and AA+TMA+C attractans were used in a trial in Antakya district of Hatay province. Traps were arranged as randomized completed block desing with 5 replications and hanged to be one trap for every other 3 trees. In the first trial in 2016, 470 adults were caught by the traps. The highest number of adults was caught by AA+AC mixture traps, it was followed by AA and AA+TMA+C mixture traps. In the second trial, 407 adults were caught by the traps.
