Özet
Bebek gıdalarında bulunan eser element profilinin belirlenmesi, o gıda maddesinin bebek saglıgı ve beslenme degeri açısından degerlendirilmesi bakımından oldukça önemlidir. Bu arastırmanın amacı, Antakya'da satılan bebek gıdalarında bulunan elementlerin düzeylerini belirlemektir. Bu çalısmada, Antakya' da bulunan süpermarketlerden toplanan 5 farklı mama markasına ait toplam 50 mama örnegi analiz edilerek içlerinde bulunan 17 adet elementin (Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Na , Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) miktarı tespit edilmistir. Örnekler Mars5 CEM® marka mikrodalga ile HNO3 konsantre asit ile yakılarak analize hazır hale getirildikten sonra element miktarları Liberty-Series II Varian marka indüktif eslesmis plazma atomik emisyon spektrometre (ICP-AES) cihazıyla ölçülmüstür. Analiz edilen örneklerin hesapları yapılarak sınır degerlerle karsılastırılmıstır.
The determination of the profile of trace elements found in baby foods is quite important for their evaluation in the view of baby health and nutrition value. The aim of this investigation is determination of the trace element levels of the infant foods sold in Antakya. In this study, 50 distinct food samples which belong to 5 different infant food brand collected from super markets located in Turkey were analyzed and the amount of 17 elements (Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Na , Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) present in those samples was established. Samples were digested on the Mars5 CEM® marka microwave labstations with concentrated HNO3 then analyzed with Liberty-Series II Varian inductively coupled plasma- atomic emmision spectrometer (ICP-AES). The results were calculated by using SPSS anda compared with standarts levels of elements.
