Abstract
Kadmiyum sülfür ve kadmiyum selenür ince filmleri kimyasal banyo depolama yöntemi ile cam tabanlar üzerine biriktirildi. Kadmiyum sülfür ve kadmiyum selenür ince filmlerine artan konsantrasyonlarda rubidyum ve praseodim katkılandı. Elde edilen ince filmler azot gazında 1 saat boyunca 400'C sıcaklık aralığında tavlandı. Filmleri karakterize etmek için kristal yapısı x-ışını kırınım (XRD) desenlerinden belirlendi. Elde edilen CdS ve CdSe filmlerinin UV-VS spektrumları ile hangi dalgada absorpsiyon yaptığı belirlenerek etkin enerji band aralığı belirlendi.
Cadmiyum sulphide and cadmium telluride films has been gathered on glass substrate by chemical bath deposition method. Increasing concentrations of Rubidium and praseodymium were doped into the cadmium sulfide and cadmium selenide thin films. The films thatare obtained have been annealed at 400' forone hour nitrogen gas. In order to cahracterize the films crystical structure has been determined by x-ray diffractions (XRD) patterns. In which waves the absorptions have been occured has been determined by UV-VS spectrums.
