dc.description.abstractYapılan bu tez çalışmasında bir kurutma fırınında elektromanyetik kuvvet yardımı ile 306 mbar vakum elde edilmiştir. Kurutma fırınının hacmi hesaplanarak her bir tetikleme sonunda dışarıya atılan su buharı miktarı mol bazında hesaplanmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak ürünün kuruması için kaç tetikleme yapılması gerektiği hesaplanmıştır. Bütün bu çalışmalar, PLC yardımı ile otomatik olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan deneyde 500 g Amasya tip elmanın kurutma işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Vakumla kurutma işlemini konu alan çalışmaların sonuçları ile kıyaslandığında, bu çalışmada kurutma hızının arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Fırının harcadığı enerjinin de azaldığı ölçülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the drying furnace 306 mbar vacuum was obtained with the help of the electromagnetic force. In this work, the volume of drying furnace is calculated and the amount of water vapor thrown out at the end of each trigger is calculated on the mole basis. Correspondingly, the number of triggers need to be done to dry the product is also calculated. All of these studies were determined automatically with the help of the PLC. This experiment is conducted by drying the 500 grams Amasya apple. In comparison to earlier vacum drying experiments and studies, the speed of drying in this experiment is observed to be higher and more efficient. Furthermore, the energy consumption level in furnace is minimized.en_US
