Hatay'da yetişen biberiye (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) bitkisinde morfogenetik ve ontogenetik varyabilitenin belirlenmesi

dc.description.abstractBiberiye (Rosmarinus Officinalis L.) bitkisinde morfogenetik ve ontogenetik varyabilitenin uçucu yağ üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmada Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alanlarında yetiştirilen bitkiler materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Denemede bitkiler sonbahar dönemi, çiçeklenme öncesi dönem ve tam çiçeklenme dönemleri olmak üzere üç farklı dönemde hasat edilmişlerdir. Her bir dönemde bitkinin değişik organlarından herba, yaprak, sap ve çiçeklerinden alınan örneklerde kuru ağırlık oranları, uçucu yağ oranları, uçucu yağ bileşenleri ve toplam antioksidan kapasitesi araştırılmıştır. Denemede en yüksek uçucu yağ oranı sonbahar döneminde alınan yaprak örneklerinde %0.78 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu oranı %0.58 ile çiçeklenme öncesi dönem ve %0.49 ile tam çiçeklenme dönemi yaprak uçucu yağ oranları izlemiştir. En yüksek kuru ağırlık oranı tam çiçeklenme döneminde %50.26 olarak belirlenmiştir. Uçucu yağın ana bileşeni borneol olarak bulunmuştur. En yüksek borneol oranı %33.64 olarak sonbahar döneminde sap uçucu yağından alınan örneklerde bulunurken, bunu %20.91 ile tam çiçeklenme dönemi ve %20.45 ile sonbahar dönemi herba uçucu yağları izlemiştir. Çalışmada toplam antioksidan kapasitesi araştırılmış ve en yüksek antioksidan kapasitesi 251.86 mmol.Fe+2/kg ile bitkilerin yapraklarından elde edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted aiming to determine the effect of morphogenetic and ontogenetic variability on the essential oil of rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis L.). In the study, rosemary plants which were grown at experimental area of Mustafa Kemal University, Faculty of Agriculture were used as material. At the experiment, plants were harvested at three different period which were before flowering, full bloom and autumn period. At each period, dry weight ratios, essential oil ratios, the total antioxidant capacity of essential oil components of herb, leaf, stem and flower samples which were obtained from different organs of the plant were investigated. The highest essential oil ratio with 0,78% were obtained from the leaf samples taken on autumn period. This is followed by before flowering period with 0.58% and full bloom period with 0.49% respectively. The highest dry weight ratio with 50.26% were gathered from full bloom period. The main component was determined as borneol. The highest borneol ratio with 33.64% were determined on the essential oil of stem sample of autumn period and followed by essential oil samples of dry herb of full bloom period with 20.91% and autumn period with 20.45% respectively The total antioxidant capacity were also examined in this study and the highest total antioxidant capacity with 251.86 mmol.Fe+2/kg were taken from the leaves of plant.en_US
