Özet
2-aminobenzilamin ile aldehit ve keton bileşiklerinin (salisilaldehit, 5-bromosalisilaldehit, 3-metoksisalisilaldehit ve 1-hidroksi,2-asetonafton) kondenzasyonu sonucu asimetrik Schiff bazlarının ve Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) ve Fe(III) komplekslerinin sentezi ve karakterizasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sentezlenen Schiff bazları ve metal komplekslerinin karbon (Grafit) elektrot yüzeylerinde dönüşümlü voltametri (CV) yöntemiyle elektropolimerizasyon işlemleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sentezlenen Schiff bazlarının, metal komplekslerinin ve modifiye elektrotların yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemler (UV-Vis, FT-IR, elementel, 13C ve 1H NMR, LC-MS, ICP-AES, magnetik susseptibilite ve molar iletkenlik, CV, SEM ve TG-DTA) ile karakterize edilmiştir. Modifiye grafit elektrotlar dopamin, ürik asit, sistein ve katekol bileşiklerine karşı elektroanalitik çalışmalarda kullanılmıştır.
The unsymmetrical Schiff bases by condensation of 2-aminobenzylamine with aldehyde and ketone derivatives (salicylaldehyde, 5-bromosalicylaldehyde, 3-methoxysalicylaldehyde and 1-hydroxy,2-acetonahthone) and their Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Fe(III) complexes were synthesized and characterized. The synthesized Schiff bases and their metal complexes were electropolymerized on the surfaces of carbon (Graphite) electrodes by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique. The characterization studies of the synthesized Schiff bases, metal complexes and modified electrodes were carried out by using analytical and spectroscopic (UV-Vis, FT-IR, elemental, 13C and 1H NMR, LC-MS, ICP-AES, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, CV, SEM and TG-DTA) techniques. The prepared modified graphite electrodes have been used in electroanalytical studies against dopamine, uric acid, cysteine and catechol compounds.
