Özet
Konutların veya yalıtımlı sistemlerin termal fotoğrafı çekilerek ısı kayıpları tespit edilebilmekte, ısı yalıtımının eksik yapıldığı yerler belirlenebilmekte, mekanik aksamlarda sürtünmeler gözlemlenebilmekte ve elektrik devrelerinde hasar tespiti yapılabilmekte, insan ve hayvan vücutlarındaki bazı sağlık sorunları belirlenebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada sanayi uygulamalarında ve konutlarda termal kameralarla sıcaklık ölçümü yapılmıştır. Isı enerjisi kayıpları, kestirimci bakım, mekanik aşınma ve depoların doluluk oranları tespit edilmiştir. Elektrik devrelerinin, mekanik aksamların, buhar ve ısıtma hatlarının, depoların, korozyonlu yüzeylerin ve konutların, insan vücudunun termal kamera görüntüleri alınarak analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirilerek gerekli çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
By thermal photographing the buildings and isolated systems, heat losses can be detected, poor isolated areas can be found, friction on mechanical assembly can be observed, damage assessment in electric circuits can be made and also many health problems of the human and animal body can be specified. In this study, temperature measurements were made by using thermal camera on industry applications and buildings. Heat losses, predictive maintenance, mechanical erosion and occupancy of the storages were specified. Thermal camera images of the electric circuits, mechanical parts, steam and heating lines, storages, corroded surfaces and housing and human body were recorded and analyzed. The obtained data were evaluated from analyzes and required solutions were presented.
