Özet
Bu çalışmada, Arsuz-İskenderun kıyılarından güz (Ekim-2007) ve bahar (Mart-2008) dönemlerinde toplanan kaya koruğu bitkisinin tıbbi ve aromatik özelliklerinin karşılaştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Bitkinin yenilebilir kısımlarının kimyasal bileşimleri, mineral maddeleri ve uçucu yağlar analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarından bitkinin % 91 nem, % 12.58 ham yağ, % 11.10 ham selüloz, % 24.40 ham kül, % 7.70 ham protein ve % 45.47 azotsuz öz madde içerdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yapraktan elde edilen uçucu yağ oranları sırasıyla; kuru ağırlıkta % 0.84, yaş ağırlıkta ise % 0.20 olarak bulunmuştur. Aynı zamanda C. maritimum bitkisinin sap ve tohumlarında sırasıyla % 0.54 ile % 1.70 oranlarında uçucu yağ elde edilmiştir. Uçucu yağ kompozisyonunda elde edilen önemli bileşenler; sabinen, dillapiol, gama-terpinen, timil metil, para-simen, limonen' dir.
In this study, it was aimed to compare the aromatic and medicinal characteristics of Rock samphire sampled on fall (October 2007) and spring (March-2008) from Arsuz-İskenderun shores. Proximate analyses, mineral content, and volatile lipids from the edible parts of the plant were determined. Analyses showed that C. maritimum L. composed of 91 % crude moisture, 12.58 % crude lipid, 11.10 % crude cellulose, 24.40 % crude ash, 7.70 % crude protein and 45.47 % nitrogen free extract. Volatile lipid ratios determined from leaf as wet and dry weight were 0.20 % and 0.84 % , respectively. These ratios were found as 0.54 % and 1.70 % in stem and seed on dry weight. The important ingredients of volatile lipid were sabinene, dillapiol, gamma-terpinene, thymyl methyl, para-cymene, limonene.Key words: sea fennel, rock samphire, Crithmum maritimum L., volatile, minerals, medical and aromatic plant.
