Özet
Hatay'da lokal olarak yayılış gösteren Cordia myxa L. ağacı araştırma alanında tek lokaliteden toplanmıştır. Toprak analizlere göre, bu ağacın yüksek kireç içeriğine sahip killi, tuzsuz, hafif alkalin toprakları tercih ettiği ortaya konulmuştur. Toprakların organik madde, fosfor ve potasyum içeriği yüksek seviyededir. Ancak toprakta azot içeriği yeterli seviyede iken, sodyum içeriği düşük seviyededir. Ağaçtan alınan dal örneklerinde azot, fosfor ve potasyum içerikleri normal değerlerin çok altındadır. Yaprak analizlerinde ise, fosfor yaklaşık olarak normal değerlerde iken; azot normal değerlerin altında, potasyum ise normal değerlerin üzerindedir.
Cordia myxa L. tree is locally distributed in Hatay. It was collected from one locality. The analysis of soil samples revealed that this tree prefers clayey, slightly alkaline soils with a high lime content. Soils have high contents of organic matter, phosphorus and potassium. However, nitrogen content is high in the soil, but the sodium content is low. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents of the woody branch samples are much lower than normal values. Leaf analysis reveals that phosphorus shows approximately normal values; nitrogen is below normal values, but potassium is above the normal values.
