dc.description.abstractKronik böbrek yetmezliği hipotalamo-hipofizer-ovaryan aksı etkileyerek infertiliteye yol açmaktadır. Diyaliz tedavisi gören hastalarda gebe kalma oranı düşük olup, yıllık insidansı %0.5-1.4 arasında değişmektedir. Diyaliz tedavisi gören hastalarda gebelik oranlarının düşük olması nedeniyle çoğu ünitenin bu konudaki bilgisi sınırlıdır. Bu çalışmada Ocak 2002-Aralık 2003 tarihleri arasında Van Yüksek İhtisas Hastanesi Hemodiyaliz Ünitesi ile Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hemodiyaliz ve Sürekli Ayaktan Periton Diyalizi Unitesi'nde diyaliz tedavisi gören olgularda gözlenen üç gebelik olgusu değerlendirilerek bu konudaki literatür bilgileri ile karşılaştırıldı. Diyalize giren gebe hastalarda literatür bilgilerinin ve tedavi kılavuzunun sunulması amaçlandı.en_US
dc.description.abstractChronic renal failure causes infertility by influencing hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis. The probability of pregnancy in women on dialysis is low and annual incidence changes between 0.5-1.4%. The knowledge of the most unit is limited about this subject because of the low probability (low conception rates among these patients) of pregnancy among women on dialysis. In this study, three pregnant dialysis patients between January 2002-December 2003 on Hemodialysis and Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis Unit of Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Medicine and Van Yüksek İhtisas Hospital were utilized and compared with the literature about this subject. We aimed to present the literature and treatment protocol of these pregnant dialysis patients.en_US
