Özet
Bu çalışma 2013-2017 yılları arasında, Güney Amanoslar (Hatay) bölgesinde 10 farklı lokaliteden toplanan örnekler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Örnekler; çeşitli yaprak ve ağaç kabukları, ağaç döküntüleri, çürümüş veya çürümemiş bitkisel materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan tüm numunelere nem odası tekniği uygulanmış ve cıvık mantar sporoforları geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bununla beraber doğal ortamında gelişmiş olan miksomisetler de toplanmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucu elde edilen örneklerden 10 familya ve 18 cinse ait 48 tür tespit edilmiş olup bunlardan Didymium tussilaginis (Berk. & Broome) Massee Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.
This study has been made on the specimens, which were obtained from 10 different areas of South Amanos Mountains in 2013-2017. The samples were gathered from leaves, barks, litterfalls, decayed or unspoiled herbal materials. It was meant to try to develop myxomycetes sporophores by applying Moist Chamber Culture to collected samples. In addition, myxomycetes, which grew up in their natural environment were obtained. As a result of field and laboratory studies 48 taxa belonging to 10 families and 18 genera were identified and Didymium tussilaginis (Berk. & Broome) Massee is new record for Turkey.
