dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin algılarına göre okul müdürlerinin liderlik stilleri ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2012-2013 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara ili Altındağ ilçesinde yer alan mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapmakta olan 1090 öğretmen, örneklemini ise basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 201 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Okul müdürlerinin dönüşümcü liderlik stili ile örgütsel sinizmin bütün boyutları arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Etkileşimci liderlik stili ile örgütsel sinizmin bilişsel ve duyuşsal sinizm boyutları arasında negatif yönde; davranışsal sinizm boyutu arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Ayrıca okul müdürlerinin dönüşümcü ve etkileşimci liderlik stillerinin örgütsel sinizmin bilişsel, duyuşsal ve davranışsal sinizm boyutları üzerinde anlamlı birer yordayıcı olduğu saptanmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership styles of school principals and organizational cynicism based on the perceptions of teachers who serve at vocational and technical high schools. 1090 teachers who serve atvocational and technical high schools in Altındağ district, Ankara Province in 2012-2013 academic year constituted the population and 201 vocational and technical high school teachers selected by random sampling constituted the sampling of the study. The negative and significant relationship between the Mesleki ve Teknik Ortaöğretim… 178 school principal's transformational leadership style and organizational cynicism of all subscales were found. The negative and significant relationship between transactional leadership style and the cognitive and affective cynicism dimensions of organizational cynicism, the positive and significant relationship between transactional leadership style and the behavioral cynicism dimension of organizational cynicism were found. Also, the school principal’s transformational and transactional leadership styles were found to be significant predictor of cognitive, affective and behavioral cynicism dimensions of organizational cynicismen_US
