Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde Hatay ili sağlık çalışanlarının kaygı düzeyi ve yaşam tarzı değişiklikleri

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmada Hatay ili sağlık çalışanlarının koronavirüs salgınındaki kaygı düzeyi ve yaşam tarzı değişikliklerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: 25 şubat 2021 - 25 mart 2021 tarihleri arasında Hatay ili birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü basamak sağlık çalışanlarının katılımı ile online anket yoluyla WhatsApp ve Facebook üzerinden yapılmıştır. Katılımcılara tarafımızdan oluşturulan 25 soruluk bir anket, Spielberg sürekli ve durumluk kaygı ölçeği ve Uyku bozukluklarının düzeyini saptamak amacı ile Uykusuzluk şiddet indeks ölçeği uygulandı. Elde edilen cevaplar spss istatistik programı ile analiz edilip değerlendirildi. Bulgular: 201 doktor, 137 hemşire/ebe ve 64 diğer sağlık çalışanlarının katıldığı bu çalışmada, durumluk kaygı ölçeğine göre %60,2'sinin (n=242), sürekli kaygı ölçeğine göre %72,9'unun (n=293) orta düzeyde anksiyete yaşadıkları, %62.5'inin (251) uyku bozukluğu yaşadığı tespit edildi. İleri yaş grubunda olmak (p=0.018), hekim olmak (p=0.005), enfekte hastalar ile daha çok temas halinde olan birim ve branşlarda çalışıyor olmak (p=0.001), kronik hastalık varlığı (p=0.004), beslenme şeklinde değişiklik (p=0.001), sigara alışkanlıkları (p=0.011), destek başvurusunda bulunma (p=0.001) ve enfekte bir hasta ile riskli temas (p=0.001) araştırmada kaygı düzeyini etkileyen değişkenlerdi. Yine enfekte hastalar ile daha çok temas halinde olan birim ve branşlarda çalışıyor olmak(p=0.001), bayan olmak (p=0.033), doktor veya hemşire olmak (0.013), sigara alışkanlıkları (p=0.005), beslenme alışkanlıkları (p=0.001), fiziksel egzersiz (p=0.001), destek tedavi başvurusu (p=0.001) ve enfekte hasta ile riskli temas (p=0.001), uyku bozukluklarını etkileyen değişkenler olarak tespit edildi. Sonuç: Pandemi döneminin olumsuz psikolojik etkileri sağlık çalışanlarında kaygı düzeyi artışı ve uyku bozukluğu olarak kendini göstermektedir.
Objective:In this study, it was aimed to determine and evaluate the anxiety level and lifestyle changes of healthcare workers in the coronavirus outbreak in Hatay. Method:It was conducted via WatsApp and Facebook, with the participation of primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare professionals in Hatay province, between February 25, 2021 - March 25, 2021. A questionnaire of 25 questions created by us, Spielberg trait and state anxiety scale, and Insomnia severity index scale to determine the level of sleep disorders were applied to the participants. The answers obtained were analyzed and evaluated with spss statistical program. Results:In this study, in which 201 doctors, 137 nurses/midwives and 64 other health professionals participated, 60,2% (n=242) of the state anxiety scale and 72.9% (n=293) of the trait anxiety scale had moderate anxiety. It was determined that 62.5% (251) of them had sleep disorders. Being in the advanced age group (p=0.018), being a physician (p=0.005), working in units and branches that are more in contact with infected patients (p=0.001), presence of chronic diseases (p=0.004), changes in nutrition (p=0.004). P=0.001), smoking habits (p=0.011), applying for support (p=0.001) and risky contact with an infected patient (p=0.001) were the variables affecting the anxiety level in the study. Working in units and branches that are more in contact with infected patients (p=0.001), being female (p=0.033), being a doctor or nurse (0.013), smoking habits (p=0.005), eating habits (p=0.001) ) physical exercise (p=0.001), referral for supportive treatment (p=0.001) and risky contact with an infected patient (p=0.001) were determined as variables affecting sleep disorders. Conclusion:The negative psychological effects of the pandemic period are manifested as increased anxiety levels and sleep disorders in healthcare workers.
