dc.description.abstractYatırım projelerinin hazırlanması ve değerlendirilmesi ile ilgili temel bilgiler verilerek elbise dolabı üretimi için yatırım alternatifinin seçilmesi ve mobilya sektöründe bir uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada küçük, orta ve büyük ölçekli üç işletmenin elbise dolabı üretimi için gerekli olan mevcut verileri üzerinden yatırım alternatiflerinin seçiminde Net Bugünkü Değer Yönetimi, Yıllık Eşdeğer Maliyet (Gider) Yöntemi ve Karlılık İndeksleri hesaplanarak yeni yatırım yapmayı düşünen bir yatırımcıya işletme büyüklüğünün seçimi konusunda bir fikir vermek amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractAn application study has been done in furniture sector for choosing investment technology for wardrobe production by giving basic information related with preparing and evaluating investment projects. In this study it has been aimed to help the investor who wants to invest about choose of business size by calculating net today's value direction annual equivalent product cost and profit index in choose of investment alternatives from present datum which belongs to 3 businesses scaled as small, middle and big ones, necessary for wardrobe productionen_US
