dc.description.abstractOrtanın solu söylemi CHP tarihinin çok kısa sayılabilecek döneminde savunulmuştur. CHP açısından ortanın solu genel konjonktür gereği gerekli gördüğü ?değişim? in adıdır. CHP'de ilk olarak İsmet İnönü tarafından ortaya atılan ortanın solu kavramı, özellikle Bülent Ecevit tarafından içeriği doldurulmuş ve parti politikası haline getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Çalışmanın birinci bölümü, çalışmanın amacını, konusunu, yöntemini, teorik çerçevesini ortaya koyan bir giriş mahiyetindedir.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde CHP'nin tarihsel gelişimine genel hatları ile değinilmiştir. Cumhuriyet dönemi bir modernleşme projesi olarak karşımıza çıkan Kemalizm, CHP ideolojisinin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Kemalizm ile CHP arasındaki organik ilişki Kemalizm'in en başat ilkesi olarak değerlendirebileceğimiz halkçılık üzerinden sürdürülmüştür. Bu nedenle CHP'de ortanın solu söylemi ile yaşanan ?değişim?i anlamak için tek parti dönemi Kemalist ideoloji, halkçılık gibi olgular CHP ile olan ilişkisi bağlamında bu çalışmanın konusu kapsamında yer almıştır.Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümü çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde ortanın solu kavramının ortaya çıktığı sosyal siyasal ortam, kavramın ortaya çıkış süreci, parti içinde yaratmış olduğu hizipleşmeler, kavrama yönelik parti dışı yaşanan tartışmalar etraflı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde ortanın solu kavramına ve kavramla ilişkisi bağlamında ele alınan konulara ilişkin genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe discourse of center left can be considered to be advocated in a very short term in the history of the CHP. In terms of the CHP center left is the name of the ?change? that was considered as necessary for terms of general conjuncture. The concept center left that was first put forward in the CHP İsmet İnönü, especially by Bülent Ecevit was tried to be made to the content-filled party- policy.The first part of the study is of the nature to put forward the theoretical framework of the purpose off the study, the subject and the methods.In the second part of the study the historical development of the CHP has been mentioned in general terms. Kemalism which came into fore as a modernization project of the Republican era, creates the basis of the ideology of CHP. The organic relationship between the CHP and Kemalism has been carried over populism which we can evaluate as the most dominant principle. Therefore, in the scope of this study to understand the ?change? occurring with the center left concept in the single party period, takes place as a relation of Kemalism ideology and populism with the CHPThe third part of the study is the base of the study. In this section, the social political environment of the emergence of center left concept, the process of the concept, basic factions created within the party, non-party discussions related to the concept have been taken into consideration in a comprehensive manner.In the fourth section of the study there has been made a general evaluation of the concept of center left and the subjects that are considered in the relation to the concept.
