| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı örnek bir yapı üzerinde yeni deprem yönetmeliğinde yer alan performans esaslı hesap yöntemindeki temel kavramlar irdelenerek, yöntemlerin uygulanmasındaki zorluklar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Seçilen bir binanın, öncelikle mevcut performansı 2007 Deprem Yönetmeliğine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Daha sonra çeşitli güçlendirme alternatifleri için maliyet kıyaslaması yapılmış ve en uygun modelin istenilen performans düzeyinde olup olmadığı kontrol edilmiştir. | en_US |
