dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, hücre konusuna yönelik olarak hazırlanan bilgisayar destekli öğretim yönteminin düz anlatım yöntemine göre akademik başarıya ve tutuma etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ortaokul 6. sınıf Fen Bilimleri dersi kapsamında yer alan canlılar ve hayat ünitesinin hücre konusuna yönelik flash cc programı vasıtasıyla animasyon içerikli bir bilgisayar destekli öğretim (BDÖ) materyali hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma, Hatay merkeze bağlı bir ortaokulda toplam 63 sınıf öğrencisinin katılımıyla yürütülmüştür. Deney grubunda bilgisayar destekli öğretim materyali, kontrol grubunda ise düz anlatım yöntemi ve materyallerine yer verilmiştir. Veri toplama araçları olarak likert tipi tutum ölçeği ve başarı testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde grupların birbiriyle karşılaştırılmasında t-testi kullanılmış grupların ön testlerinde fark çıktığı için ANCOVA ile analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda BDÖ'nün düz anlatım yöntemine göre akademik başarılarında deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin fen bilimleri tutumlarında ise gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılıklar oluşmamıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, assisted instruction materials have been prepared for the study of the cell topic and the effect of their different applications that will reveal various learning environments on academic success and attitude has been investigated. What has been prepared is a computer assisted instruction (CAI) material with an animation content created by means of flash cc programmer regarding the cell topic included in the unit named "living beings and life" in the curriculum of the 6th grade's Science and Technology course. The study was carried out with the participation of 63 students at a secondary school in the center of Hatay. Computer based ınstruction materials were used with the experiment group while the control group used plain explanation method and materials. Likert type attitude scale and success test were used as data collection means. t-test was used in analyzing the data and comparing the groups with each other, and as some difference was witnessed at pre-test, the analyzing was carried out by ANCOVA. As a consequence of the study, a considerable difference in academic success was found in favor of the experiment group who used CAI, compared to plain explanation method. No considerable difference was found between the groups in regard to the students Science Attitude..en_US
