Tokat ilinde bovine ephemeral fever virus (üç gün hastalığı) enfeksiyonunun serolojik olarak araştırılması

dc.description.abstractTürkiyede üç gün hastalığı çoğunlukla ılıman iklime sahip Akdeniz ve Güney Doğu Anadolu bölgesinde tespit edilmiştir. Tokat ili coğrafik konum olarak Orta Karadeniz bölgesinde bulunmaktadır. Orta Karadeniz bölgesinde bu hastalığın varlığı ile ilgili sınırlı olan çalışmalarda, Tokat ilinde herhangi bir pozitiflik tespit edilmemiştir. Bu çalışmada Tokat ilinde bu hastalığın varlığının serolojik olarak ortaya konulmasının amaçlandığı, halk elindeki 5 farklı işletmedeki 1 yaş ve üzerindeki 190 dişi ve 20 erkek sığır olmak üzere toplam 210 hayvan tesadüfi olarak örneklendi. BEFV'e özgü antikorları tespit etmek üzere yapılan ELISA ile örneklenen dişi sığırlarda %7,36 (14/190), erkek sığırlarda %20 (4/20), toplam %8,57 (18/210) oranında seropozitiflik saptandı. İşletmeler bazında, işletmeler arasındaki seropozitiflik oranlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (p=0,995). Yapılan bu çalışma ile Orta Karadeniz bölgesinde yer alan Tokat ilinde BEFV'nun varlığı ilk defa serolojik olarak ortaya konulmuştur. Söz konusu virusun bölgede sirküle olduğu belirlenmiş olsa da virolojik ve moleküler epidemiyolojik çalışmalara da ağırlık verilmelidir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen seropozitiflikler virusun bulaşmasında rol oynayan vektörlerin de bölgede var olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn Türkiye, the three-days disease has mostly been detected in the Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia regions with a temperate climate. The province of Tokat is geographically located in the Central Black Sea region. In the limited studies on the presence of this disease in the Central Black Sea region, no positivity was detected in the province of Tokat. In this study, a total of 210 animals, 190 female and 20 male cattle, 1 year old and older, in 5 different farms in the hands of the public, for which it was aimed to reveal the presence of this disease serologically in the province of Tokat, were randomly sampled. Seropositivity was found to be 7.36% (14/190) in female cattle, 20% (4/20) in male cattle, and 8.57% (18/210) in total, sampled by ELISA to detect antibodies specific to BEFV. There was no statistically significant difference in the seropositivity rates between enterprises on the basis of enterprises (p=0.995). With this study, the presence of BEFV in the province of Tokat, located in the Central Black Sea region, was demonstrated serologically for the first time. Although it has been determined that the virus in question is circulating in the region, virological and molecular epidemiological studies should also be given weight. The seropositivity obtained in this study suggests that vectors that play a role in the transmission of the virus may also exist in the region.en_US
