Özet
Bu çalışmada İtalyan çimine farklı düzeylerde melas ilavesinin silaj kalite özelliklerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Kontrol (katkısız), %1 melas, %2 melas ve %4 melas katkılı olmak üzere toplam 4 grup oluşturuldu. Herbir grup 6 tekerrür oluşturacak şekilde hazırlandı. Silajların fiziksel analizleri yapılmıştır. Besin madde içerikleri, pH, Fleig puanı ve uçucu yağ asit düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Denemede %2 ve %4 melas içeren gruplarda en düşük pH elde edildi (P<0,001). Silajların ham proteinleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. (P>0,05). Melas ilavesinin nötral deterjan fiber ve asit deterjan fiber düzeylerinde önemli azalmalara, kuru madde, Fleig puanı ve laktik asit konsantrasyonlarında ise anlamlı düzeyde artışa neden olduğu belirlenmiştir (P<0,001). Sonuç olarak, İtalyan çimi silajlarına %4 melas ilavesinin silajlarda fiziksel, besin maddeleri, fermentasyon özellikleri gibi bazı kalite kriterlerinde iyileşmelere neden olabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.
In this study, the effect of adding different levels of molasses to Italian grass on silage quality properties was investigated. Control (without additives), 1% molasses, 2% molasses and 4% molasses added total of 4 groups were formed. Each group was prepared to create 6 replications. Physical analysis of silages was performed. Nutrient contents, pH, Fleig score and volatile fatty acid levels were determined. In the experiment, the lowest pH was obtained in the groups containing 2% and 4% molasses (P <0,001). There was no significant difference between the crude proteins of the silages (P> 0,05). The addition of molasses caused significant decreases in neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber levels, and a significant increase in dry matter, Fleig score and lactic acid concentrations (P <0,001). As a result, it was concluded that the addition of 4% molasses to Italian grass silages could lead to improvements in some quality criteria such as physical, nutrient and fermentation properties.
