dc.description.abstractBu tezin amacı öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları demokratik değerlerle mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmanın yöntemi nicel araştırma türlerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemidir. Veriler demokratik değerler ve mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutum ölçekleri ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022 – 2023 yılında Hatay Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü bünyesindeki okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın çalışma evreni Hatay'da görev yapan öğretmenler örneklemini ise kolay ulaşılabilir örneklem tekniğine göre belirlenmiş ve çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 252 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdiği için ortalama, bağımsız t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, pearson korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, kıdem, eğitim durumu ve aldıkları hizmet içi eğitim sayısı değişkenlerine göre demokratik değerlerinde ve mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutumlarında anlamlı farklılık yoktur. Demokratik değerler ile mültecilere yönelik tutumları arasında pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki söz konusudur. Demokratik değer yargılarından genel olarak yüksek puan alan öğretmenlerimizin, sınıflarında ders verdikleri sığınmacı konumunda olan öğrencilere dair tutumları olumlu olarak ölçülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to analysis the relationship between teachers' democratic values and their attitudes towards refugee students. Relational screening model which is one of the quantitative research types was used in this study. The data were collected with democratic values scale and scale of attitude towards refugees. The study group consists of teachers working in the province of Hatay in 2022 and 2023. In this context, the sample of the teachers working in the province of Hatay, which is the study universe of the research, consists of 252 teachers who were determined according to the easily accessible sampling technique and participated in the research voluntarily. Since the data were normally distributed, mean, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analyzes were used. There is no difference between the democratic values and attitudes towards refugees according to the gender, seniority, education level and in-service training variables of the sample analyzed according to the classification of the research. There is a positive and moderate relationship between democratic values and attitudes towards refugees.en_US
