dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Hatay İl sınırları içerisinde yayılış gösteren bazı Muscari türlerinin (Hatay'dan bilinen dar yayılışlı Muscari inconstrictum Rech. fil., Muscari comosum L., Hatay'a endemik Muscari babachii Eken & Koyuncu, ve Muscari neglectum Guss.), farklı lokalitelerden toplanan populasyonları diagnostik karakterler bakımından karşılaştırıldı. Türlerin varyasyonları belirlenerek, anatomik, morfolojik ve palinolojik özellikleri incelendi. Morfolojik çalışmalarda soğan, yaprak, çiçek, meyve ve tohum gibi yapıların özellikleri incelendi. Ayrıca tohum morfolojileri elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve stereomikroskop ile incelendi. Tohumların şekil, büyüklük ve yüzey şekilleri ile ilgili özellikler resimlerle belirlendi ve önceki kayıtlardan farklı olup olmadığı gözlendi. Anatomik çalışmalarda, türlerin kök, gövde ve yapraklarından parafin yöntemiyle enine kesitler alındı. Hazırlanan preparatlar ışık mikroskobu altında fotoğraflanarak anatomik özellikleri belirlendi. Türlere ait palinolojik incelemeler Wodehouse metodu ile Olympus marka ışık mikroskobunda yapıldı. Polenler taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) incelemelerine göre de değerlendirildi. Polenlerin apartürleri sulkat, polen tipi subprolate ve oblate (basık) şekilde olup ornamentasyonların incelenen tüm türlerde retikulat-subrareticulat şeklinde olduğu görüldü.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study has been conducted by being examined anatomical, morphological, palinological characteristics of some Muscari species (narrow range known in Hatay Muscari inconstrictum Rech. fil., Muscari comosum L., endemic to the province of Hatay Muscari babachii Eken & Koyuncu and Muscari neglectum Guss.), diagnostics of populations collected from different localities were compared in term of characters. Species variations determined anatomical, morphological and palynological characteristics were examined. On the other hand biology of the species has the potential to be an ornomental planth with beautiful flowers has been investigated. Morphological studies onion leaves, flowers, examined the properties of organs such as fruits and seeds. In addition, seed morphology electron microscope (SEM) and were examined by stereomicroscope. Seed shape, size and surface characteristics specified by the pictures on the way, is different from the previous record, was not observed. Anatomical studies of the kind of roots, stems and leaves were cross-sections of the paraffin method. Preparations anatomical features were identified and photographed under a light microscope. Palynological studies of the species was made in light Olympus microscope with Wodehouse method. Accordin to pollen scanning electron microscope (SEM) examinations were evaluated. Captured photos will be added to the study. Sulcate apartür of pollen, pollen type subprolat and oblate (flattened) in all species studied were found to be shaped ornamentations way is reticulat–subrareticulat.en_US
