dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın temel amacı; eğitim fakültesinde görevli öğretim elemanların öğrenci merkezli eğitimi algılama ve uygulama düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, 5 farklı eğitim fakültesinden toplam 40 öğretim elemanı ve 240 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan öğretmen görüşme formu ve öğrencilere de yine araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan açık uçlu ve likert tipli sorulardan oluşan anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda elde edilen sayısal verilerin analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için bağımsız gruplar t-testi, varyans analizi ve frekans analizi kullanılmıştır. Nitel verileri ise içerik analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; eğitim fakültesi öğretim elemanlarının öğrenci merkezli eğitim konusunda genel bilgilere sahip olduğu, öğrenci merkezli eğitim konusunda ayrıntılı bilgiye sahip olmadıkları ve bu yüzden uygulamada da eksik ve yetersiz uygulamalar yaptıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca, eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğrenci merkezli eğitimi önemli hatları itibariyle algıladığı fakat yine yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this study is to determine the level of perception and application of student centered education of education faculty instructor. The study was applied to in total 40 education faculty instructor and 240 3th and 4th grade students of 5 different education faculty. In the study, the teacher interview form and the questionaire which consist of open-ended and likert-type questions prepared by the researcher, are applied. In the analysis of qualitative data of the study, SPSS pack programme was used. For the analysis of data, independent group t-test, variance analysis, frequency were used. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. At the end of the research, according to the results, education faculty lecturers have general information about student-centered education, they haven't detailed and original information and experiences, thus, it is concluded that while applying student centered education, they have incomplete and inadequate applications. And also, it is concluded that education faculty students perceive student centered education superficially but they don't have adequate information.
