| dc.description.abstract | Oksijen, canlıların hayatlarını devam ettirebilmeleri için gerekli olan en önemli yaşam kaynağıdır. Havayı meydana getiren gazlar içinde yaklaşık %21'lik bir paya sahiptir. Değişik yöntemlerle havadan ayrıştırıldığında elde edilen şekli ile çok geniş kullanım alanları vardır. Tıp, kimya, endüstri bu kullanım alanlarının başında gelir. Özellikle Demir Çelik endüstrisin de Oksijenin kullanılmaya başlanması ile ve bu amaçla imal edilen özel fırınlar sayesinde sektör daha temiz bir yapıya kavuşmuş, üretimde sürekliliği ve kaliteyi sağlamıştır. Oksijen, demir ve çelik üretiminde ergitmenin hızlandırılmasında ve enerji optimizasyonun da kullanılır. Yanıcı gazlar ile karıştırıldığında, kaynak, kesme ve metal işleme için gerekli ısıyı sağlar. Bu nedenlerden dolayı oksijen bu sektör için kullanılması gerekli bir elementin ötesinde kullanımı zorunlu bir enerji kaynağı haline gelmiştir.Çelik Endüstrisin de giderek vazgeçilmez olan oksijenin en yoğun kullanım alanlarından biri de Bazik-Oksit Fırınlar yani konverterlerdir (BOF, 1974). Sistemin en önemli özelliği sıvı pikin istenilen bileşim ve sıcaklığa getirilmesinde ilave enerjiye ihtiyaç duyulmamasıdır.Oksijenin üretimi, miktarının ayarlanması, faz durumu, sisteme ekleme yöntemi, kimyasal tepkimelerinin oluşumu ve ortaya çıkardığı ısıl enerji, bu ısıl enerjinin kullanımı ve kontrolü, tepkimeler sonucu açığa çıkan gazların kullanım alanlarının ve çevreye etkilerinin irdelenmesi ve teorik, pratik uygulamalarının gösterilmesi bu çalışma ile hedeflenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Oxygen is the important life source for alive to maintaining the life. It appears nearly %21 in the air. When resolve with different ways from air, it has a lot of useful area. Medical, chemistry, industry are incoming first area of usage. Specially at the Steel Industry, When specific furnaces are produced and oxygen is used in there, industrial sector has been reached better structure. Furthermore oxygen supported continuous production and quality requirements. Oxygen is used for increasing speed of melting and energy optimisation in Iron and steel production. When it is mixed with combustion gases, it supplies required temperature for welding, cutting and metal processing. Therefore oxygen has been to used in industrial sectors like an energy source.One of the oxygen using areas is basic ? oxide furnaces it means converter (BOF, 1974). The most important point of this system don?t need extra energy to supply required composition and temperature of liquid iron pig.In this work, our aim explains ;·Oxygen production, adjustment of quantity and condition, methods of supporting the system.·Becoming of chemical reactions and how much thermal energy has been produced, controlling and using of thermal energy in the BOF converters.·End of the reactions some gases has been produced in converters and where we can use these gases·Environmental effect of converter gases, Indicate the theoretical and practical applications in steel industry. | en_US |
