| dc.description.abstract | öz Çalışmamızın amacı sabunlarda ve yağ karışımlarında defneyağı oranını bulmaktır. Laurik asit oram saptanarak yağ ve sabun örneklerindeki defheyağı oram belirlenebilir. Defneyağı, zeytinyağı ve bunların farklı karışımlarının, BF3-metanol yöntemi ile metil esterleri elde edildi ve yağ asitleri bileşimleri gaz kromatografîsinde belirlendi. Sabun örnekleri hidrolizlenerek serbest yağ asitleri elde edildi. Bu yağ asitleri aynı yöntemle esterleştirilerek bileşimleri bulundu. Ortalama laurik asit oram defheyağı-zeytinyağı karışım bileşimlerine karşı grafiğe alındı. Elde edilen eğriden yağ örnekleri ve sabunlardaki laurik asit oram saptanarak, içerdikleri defne yağı oram saptandı. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The aim of this stud/ is to determine laurel oil ratio in the soaps and oil mixtures. By calculating lauric acid ratio, laurel oil ratios can be determined in the of oil and soap samples. Laurel oil, olive oil and their mixtures of different composition were esterified by BF3-methanol method and men fatty acids composition was determined by using gas chromatography. Samples of soaps were hydrolized and free fatty acids were obtained They were esterified by the same method and then fatty acids composition was determined by gas chromatography. The average ratio of lauric acid versus laurel oil - olive oil compositions were determined in a diagram so as to find laurel oil ratios in the oil and soap samples.
