dc.description.abstractPlanlama hem yönetim biliminin hem de diğer çalışma alanlarının en önemli kavramlarından biridir. Ancak söz konusu olan imar ve planlama olunca, bir kentin imarı ve o kentin yönetimi için vazgeçilmez bir araca dönüşür. Kent yönetimlerinin en sorunlu alanlarından biri olarak imar ve denetim süreci ile ilgili tartışmalar aslında bir kentin nasıl yönetiliyor olduğunun da ölçütüdür. Bu çalışmada imar süreci belediyeler açısından ortaya konurken, temel amaç, özellikle Büyükşehir kararı öncesi imar hareketliliğini Hatay Büyükşehir özelinde tartışmaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractPlanning is one of the fundamental concepts of both science of management and other fields of research. However, if reconstruction and planning are the points in question, it turns into an indispensable tool for the construction and administration of the city. Debates on the process of town planning and inspection which are one of the most problematic issues of urban administration, are counted as the criteria in what way a city is being governed. In this study, on one hand construction of process is revealed with regard to municipalities, on the otherhand, reconstruction mobility particularly previous to the decision about metropolitan swill be discussed specific to Hatay Metropolitan Municipality.en_US
