dc.description.abstractBu yüksek lisans çalışmasında Kütahya-Emet ETİ Bor A.Ş. den getirilen kolemanit atığının beton numunelerinin basınç ve silindir yarma dayanımına olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. KA atığı çimento ile %3, %5, %10 ve %15 yer değiştirme oranlarında kullanılmıştır. Basınç dayanımları beton presi, beton Schmidt çekici ve ses hızı vasıtası ile ölçülmüş ve bu üç yöntemin sonuçlarının bir birleri ile olan ilişkisi ayrıca değerlendirilmiştir. Basınç ve silindir yarma dayanımı sonuçları %3 ve %5 KA katkısının betonun dayanım özelliklerini iyileştirdiğini göstermiştir. Özellikle KA katkılı tüm karışımların uzun vadede şahit numuneden daha yüksek dayanım geliştirmesi, KA' nın betonda mineral katkı olarak kullanılabileceği ortaya konulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of Colemanite waste, which was brought from Kutahya-Emet Bor Company, on the compressive and cylinder splitting strength of the concrete samples was investigated. CW was substituted with the cement in the ratios of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15 %. Compressive strengths were measured using concrete press machine, concrete Schmidt hammer and sound speed. The relation between the results obtained from these three methods were also evaluated. The results of the compressive and cylinder splitting strength tests showed that 3% and 5 % CW additives improves the strength characteristics of the concrete. Especially all mixes with CW additives which resulted in higher compressive strength than the control sample indicates that CW can be used as a mineral additive in concrete.en_US
