| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Samsun'un Kavak, Vezirköprü ve Çarşamba İlçelerinde bulunan 115 erkek ve 119 dişi mandaya ait serum transferrin tipleri belirlenerek genetik dağılımları incelenmiştir. Çalışmada Tr°D, Tf*0, TC ve Tf°E genotip frekansları sırasıyla % 68.8, %24.8, %6 ve % 0.427; gen frekansları ise Tf°, Tf* ve Tf için sırası ile 0.81, 0.18 ve 0.002 olarak belirlenmiştir. Populasyonun Hardy Weinberg teorisine göre dengede olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this research the distribution and transferrin types of 115 male and 119 female buffaloes raised in Kavak, Vezirköprü and Çarşamba Districts of Samsun Province were determined. In the study Tf°D, Tf*0, Tf** and Tf°E genotype frequencies were found as 68.8 %, 24.8 %, 6 % and 0.427 % respectively. Tf°, Tf* and Tf6 gene frequencies were found as 0.81, 0.18 and 0.002 respectively. As a result of it canbe said that the population is in balance according to Hardy Weinberg Theory. | en_US |
